Ooh, for some reason, I thought his design was really cool back in the day ^^ Though from what I remember, I always saw him being stuck repairing robots.

Simply gorgeous. I love the red detain on the head decoration; breaks up the "Black and white" feel"!
The coloring is really nice- and it's not "CRAZY!!!" with the oil(?) spatters.

I don't know the name of the character on Ratchet's shoulder(is that the Straya character? Or was it the other in the picture with Ratchet(with the extra armor/different parts)? Either which- the character looks nice! As battle ready as Ratchet looks.
The pose rocks- and the added scarf upgrades Ratchet from "medic" to "kick your ass" XD

One word: awesome. You have really pushed yourself on this piece and it shows. It's a great piece of work. I love the colouring and the emotion of it all. :3 Ratchet's a mech to be feared indeed...! ^____^ Jaraxis is also very cool... Wonderful job!

Wow, this is beautiful! o.o [and hot, lol].
I loved it when it was just in it's line-state, but with the colours - rock on! Jaraxis looks awesome; I really like the choice of colours on him, especially against the white of Ratchet, he really stands out and the two look great together. : D Moving to Ratchet, you coloured him damn fine, mm hmmm. X D Lovin' that little addition a' red on his little head boomerang; it's a small touch, but really adds a lot. Love the facial expressions and the poses.

...and I couldn't agree with you more...Ratchet is a sexy mech, and that scarf looks mighty fine on him! ^w^

The little guy on his shoulder is Jaraxis, an original alien character I created for a TF fan fic I'm writing (and may eventually upload, here). Basic premise of the story is that the Autobots who died in the 1986 movie are given a second chance at life on an alien planet being overrun by bloodthirsty organic-nanotech creatures. Jaraxis is a mechanic by trade and ends up befriending Ratchet, who at the time does not really know who he is (all the 'bots are missing their memories from the start). When Ratch does regain his sense of self, 'Rax becomes something of a student to him.

There's a lot of mystical, supernatural goings ons to keep things running... Ancient prophets, a herald of the Covenant of Primus, stuff like that. And the "Junker" ahead of the TF names on the pics I've uploaded so far sort of indicates the profession they fell into at Jaraxis' scrapyard. (Junkers being scavengers/mechanics who make their living by buying, selling, repairing and scavenging parts, mechs and vehicles in the wasteland areas where the battles against the techno-organic Ch'danth are fought.)

Hey, if another Ratch fan finds the pic sex-ay, my work has been done. XD (Although I think as a character in my personal headspace, he wishes I wasn't so darn mean to him all the time... If I'm not sending him into battles against fan fic monsters, I'm abusing him in role playing for the sake of good parody. )
